  • Westlaw and Lexis have some records and briefs for New York state courts.
  • Pace Law Library has records and briefs for the New York Court of Appeals on microfiche beginning with 1956.
  • HeinOnline has N.Y. Court of Appeals briefs beginning with 96 N.Y.2d (cases decided in 2001)
  • Pace Law Library does not have N.Y. appellate division cases and briefs.  They are available locally as follows:
