Whoever has administrative rights to the TWEN site can add an auditor by making them a guest user.
- Under Display for Faculty, click Manage Course
- Click Manage Users
- Click Add Guest button
- Add the auditor’s email and select their level of participation—Full Participant is the default. Just don’t pick administrator for the guest.
- Auditors will get an email with a code that lets them access the TWEN site.
