Whoever has administrative rights to the TWEN site can add an auditor by making them a guest user.

  1. Under Display for Faculty, click Manage Course
  2. Click Manage Users
  3. Click Add Guest button
  4. Add the auditor’s email and select their level of participation—Full Participant is the default. Just don’t pick administrator for the guest.
  5. Auditors will get an email with a code that lets them access the TWEN site.
