  • Pace Law Library has records and briefs for the New York Court of Appeals on microfiche beginning with 1956.
  • HeinOnline has N.Y. Court of Appeals briefs beginning with 96 N.Y.2d (cases decided in 2001)
  • Court-PASS provides access to records and briefs for NY Court of Appeals cases pending on or filed after Jan. 1, 2013.
