One of two things may be happening:
1. The emails are going to your junk folder. You will need to create a rule that sends emails from your professor to your inbox. How you do this depends on your email client--you can just google the topic and find specific instructions.
2. You may have put an invalid email address in when you registered your Westlaw/TWEN password. You can change the email associated with your Westlaw/TWEN account by logging into Westlaw and clicking the “update” link next to your name. Then click the link on the top of the screen that says “Manage One Pass Profile.” Westlaw will want you to answer a couple of security questions, and once you get through those you can change the email address. That will fix the problem with TWEN.
